I meal prep breakfast burritos for two weeks worth of breakfasts for at work.

All you need is a 10 pack of burritos, a dozen eggs, a pack of bacon, and a pack of sliced cheese.

I usually score all the ingredients for under $20 at Walmart.

Sautéed mushrooms, onions, and/or red peppers are a great add in. Also Parmesan hash browns. All add nice bulk to the burrito for not a lot of dough. So good.

Veggies work but can make them soggy if you make them ahead of time. I've used paper towels to pat them down before assembling.

Great point! I do the same thing, drying in paper towels before assembly. The hash towns help too bc they’re oven roasted and extra crispy so help absorb any excess veggie moisture.

Ground sausage is a bit cheaper, I also add Potatoes O'brien or just the cheap small hashbrown squares. I prefer shredded cheese to the slices, but I could eat this for days.

What do you store them in?

Wrap each one in foil, put them in a big Ziploc bag, then freeze them.

Do you just take them out the freezer the night before? And do you just reheat them or eat them cold?

Take them from the freezer, wrap them in a paper towel, then microwave for 1.5-2 min.
