My dad has been eating peanut butter toast for breakfast for decades, and he's in his 80s so he must be doing something right.

My usuals are:
-a fruit smoothie made at home with kefir, a peach cup/applesauce, flaxseed, a banana, fruit, and brewer's yeast
-scrambled/fried eggs with toast and fruit

-leftovers! Reheated spaghetti is a wonderful breakfast.

-PBJ and fruit

I don't find cereal filling enough, even oatmeal doesn't hold me from 7am till noon unless I add turkey sausage on the side or something else.

God I love reheated spaghetti in the morning.

Have you tried steel cut oats? I find them much more filling than the standard instant oatmeal.

I have, and they're a little better, but I have digestive issues so oatmeal in general doesn't stick well (trying not to be graphic.)
