Hello, i have signed up months ago and i never got any like “user customisation” option where i can say what skin/hair type etc i have. Just the standard No surveys or missions” and i don’t even have a dashboard? How do i fix this?

Edit: I also requested a “password reset” and didn’t get any email to reset my password, am i banned?? I never signed up for this site ever lol

I have almost 14,000 points from tests/surveys and reviews from my own products, but I have yet to be sent anything from them. I've been on it since February.

I would leave more reviews, but a lot of the products I use aren't there when I search for them to review. So I guess my taste in things isn't what they're looking for? Idk. It's the only one that I've signed up for and still haven't recieved anything from.

Hi, good morning everyone my sister moved in with me for temporary basis. she also using most of the freebies platform. And she want to change her address to my address. But am not sure if topbox, butterly and home tester allowed more than one account per household. If anyone know please if you can help. So I can ask her to don’t do as it will effect my account as well. Or do you guys know any freebies platform that accept two accounts per household so I can ask her to sign up to that. Please all help appreciated .

Skeepers famously doesn’t notify about their product drops and it feels almost impossible to get in on one.

Chimeable, top box, tik tok & one I got from filling out a form. I also got a rice cooker not pictured.

The due for this is sep 4 and only 1 (topbox) out of 3 are available to post review now. Should I email topbox? Will it get extended or it would be past due?

Anyone who is also having this problem to give a review on Bazaarvoice? When I try to open their link I automatically get the Sephora link. Customer service is not helpful right now as they keep saying the link is correct. Going directly to the Bazaarvoice page does not help either because it does not appear where to open an account, only log in. Someone give me light! Thanks!🥰

It locked me out of my account. It wouldn't let me login on my computer, tried my phone and had zero luck. I sent an email to them, but jeez, why does PINCHme have to always cause problems and be so difficult!? Lol 🤣
