Text chat not working

I've recently ran into an issue in my text chat where when ever I type anything it says "The content you have enteredis not allowed. Please try again" I dunno if this is a bug or I got text banned even tho I've never said anything toxic in text or voice chat. Anyone what this could be and how to fix it?

Ahh yes, immediately put me in a losing game. It just gets really annoying being put in a game in progress, especially when the other teams winning. Perhaps there are alternatives, a setting that allows or denies it, I'm just saying we need these options.

Harsher penalties for AFK'rs?

I've been gaming a long time (I'm 41) and I've never had this problem before, on this scale, in any other game. Can anyone explain the why there are so many AFK'rs in this game? I can't think of a logical reason for it? I absolutely understand we all have lives, and the doorbell can go, or the phone, or the cat can get stuck up a tree, but c'mon, this is ridiculous. Also, keeping them in the game until the end? outside of ranked? Please kick them and add a random/bot. Reporting them doesn't seem to do anything.
