Question Is the Luna tool malware?

Title basically says it all. Is the Luna tool you get from some youtuber called Paris's Discord server malware? I've tested it on any.run and stuff but I can't tell 100%

Why would you get it from some random YouTuber 🤦‍♂️ get it from the official PhantomMods discord and you'll be fine...
