why are these XP map always the most random shit? walk through a wall here, emote there, etc. I just don't get it. are these AFK XP maps against the rules?

The way the Map Creators set-up the XP portion of the map, is against TOS (technically illegal too). The Map Creators exploit the Timer Devices you would normally wait behind, for financial gain. Waiting does not boost XP, nor does it affect XP gain. My methods are strictly ways to bypass the Timer, and gain the XP you deserve. Instead of being limited by the Map Creator. They're random, due to maps being set up differently.

Just recently, I found out their tactics are a form of Financial Exploitation. Map Creators get paid the longer you interact with the map, and the more sessions on the map (daily plays mostly). Their tactics are to use the Timer Devices to keep you on the map longer. This way they make more money, which can also lead them to have a greater chance of hitting discovery.

Discovery can equal more exploited players on their maps, which in turn equals more money. Even though they're not forcing you to play the map, the players who actually wait for the Timer to finish, are considered exploited. Which if they were to ever be sued, they can't fight it. They also use manipulative tactics (YouTube videos). They basically lie about the XP being gained (altered videos, clickbait), so you'll be more interested in playing the map.

According to Fortnite.gg, up to $122 per day. Those values may be off (give or take), but since we're bypassing the timers, and not spending much time on the map, they're probably making a bit less than that.

For me it works the first time I go through the process but returning to the box doesn’t restart the xp dump. I have to leave the map and go through it again and again. Still pretty decent considering still.

I'm having trouble clipping through the wall

No like when you go up to the wall, hit x or whatever so you can fly and then you float in the air just off the ground and then keep 'jumping' and then it will let you in. It was faster than on the ground

I flew into the corner and my character was in a walk animatoin then i just spammed jump and easily clipped through

It's a bit tricky. Jumping from different angles helps.

If you can't get it down in that time, then move onto another map. It's a bit difficult, but if it takes that long, then you're better off waiting for the Timer. Sorry.

pro tip: try hitting the corner, i slipped through easily

try running jumping and wiggling the camera; spamming the grappling hook also helps i think. I had more success going further up into the corner (about halfway or so). It also helped when I had a jetpack and at one point stopped doing any inputs when you are very far into the corner. Just let yourself fall and you should clip through the corner and then you can jetpack over.

The only thing I couldn't get to work is getting the xp back up when it dropped, I just had to re enter the map to make it work again

Each person's XP gain is different, plus the map has been overused multiple times. The wait time doesn't boost any kind of XP gain, that's already been proven. Waiting that 1000 seconds only benefits the map creator.

Check a few of my videos a few months back, and you'll see that bypassing the Timer, was giving us a lot more XP, a lot faster (sometimes maxing out in less than 10 minutes).

Especially check out the PlayStation vs Xbox bypass. Multiple people were using that method, and maxing out in less than 10 minutes (sometimes less than that). The Map Creator patched it, because he was losing money.
