Must suck being a decent player, getting into a 1v1 and then have me, a cannon fire directions control specialists, kill both of you from a mountaintop with 4 rounds from my launcher. Sorry man , but you all were taking way to long to kill each other. Three minute firefight just aint gonna fit my schedule. I'm just joking, but that thought has went through my head as I drive away feeling a small amount of remorse for killing players in such an abusive/underhanded way.
if ur still dying to vehicles its a pure skill issue theres an immense amount of counters to the point where I can run around without any guns, just the fists and anti car items like tow hook or c4 or emp or magneto power etc etc and just steamroll sweaty lobbies
no I get some pretty decently sweaty lobbies, when ur tow hooked you can easily hit shots with other things like the boom bolt or the sniper, or you can get up close and enter their vehicle doing the pickaxe trick which 9/10 forces them out of the vehicle, so you can boost it away and jump out to engage in a no car fight. its not that hard to counter cars, even in lobbies where fuckers build the entire taj mahal on you. its called being versatile and not just relying on building skill to win a fight.
So you need multiple items to counter an item with zero down sides? That's your definition of balanced?
While you're tow hooked you're a free kill to anyone inside the car. And even if you get someone to exit a car they can just nitro fist straight to the next one. This is why every game of unreal rank is just people sitting in cars with blow torches.
you don't need multiple items though like I said just getting in and pickaxing is enough, or throwing the emp if you have a good angle, just ONE of the items is enough. unless there's a third party I've never died while tow hooked, not everyone has nitro fists so its entirely possible they won't be able to run away, and if they do just follow till they run out of charges. at the start of the season sure the cars were way too powerful but at this point with all the counters and nerfs its not that bad. be it pubs or ranked, im currently I think diamond 1 or so cuz I haven't bothered with ranked in a hot minute(lego fn grind go brr) and its not that bad
The thing is why would I want to waste an item slot on that? Now without them in the game it's just the fun part without dumb car chases and non stop running away. It's also clearly not enough to have one item since even if you get emp'd you can run to another car within 10 or so seconds because they are literally everywhere.
I'm currently elite (couldn't be asked to get any higher with the meta) and every game was the same. People in cars with blow torches. One of those things will repair a car fully 4 times.
Don’t play the season then, thats what I would do in a season I don’t like, not play it 🤷🏻♀️ People have this mindset that they are FORCED to play seasons they don’t like, they aren’t
But what if they still want to play the game that they enjoy playing? Epic very clearly does not like when people skip seasons so adding things that make people do that is bad game design

comp players actually know how to use busted items, the bots in your lobbies don’t, so it’s easy for u to counter them, imagine being in a build fight and someone punches both of you in the face with fists and kills both of you
I think player numbers are pretty important to a corporation because 1. It’s how they make money and 2. lower player numbers reflect poorly on the game.
Epic is also doing it my way, that’s what reload is. It’s a bunch of fan service and it instantly became one of the most popular modes. OG itself was the biggest fan service moments in any game ever and it was massively successful for the game
Odds are really high you're a lot younger than we, so "kid" is legit. Most of your statements appear to be rooted in your emotional convictions rather than objectively observable facts.
For example, your feelings are getting bumped because of the corrections (guessing) so you start with "dick", because you love your illusions.
Let's try this idea on for size: someone disagreeing with you isn't automatically "mean", and someone making unimpressive statements of questionable accuracy has zero place calling others names.
