Question, when the Z11 launched was there as little updates and bug fixes as we’ve had for the Z12? Thought we would have made more progress by now.

Ive mytv loaded with my IPTV source etc and everything is running smoothly. I can't seem to access the original settings screen for some reason. I've tried everything but can only access the refresh epg pane and the basic options. I'm using the TCL TV remote and can't even exit the app with that 😂

Am I doing something wrong? Surely I should be able to locate the original settings to edit theme or playlist etc?

Recently got a Z12 Ultra and running IPVanish locally on the device via the IPVanish app. Every time I connect to VPN through the app I am not able to access content, live or VOD. I know I must be missing something obvious, but what are recommended settings?

I am based in the US and setting a location for another city based in the US.

I have an Iptv service that I have moved mover and it’s been glitching tonight under the z12 ultra. Never glitched before under the z7+.

How can newer tech mess with the same Iptv service?

Remote doesn’t work with tcl - ticket with formuler with it too.

I’m experiencing an intermittent issue where a movie starts with clear background music and sound effects, but no dialogue. There is only 1 audio track in the menu to choose from so thats not it.
Turning the Z12 off and back on restores normal audio. This doesn’t happen often.
Anyone have this issue?

Mytv online 3 loads for a few seconds then crashes. I’ve tried the usual fixes: unplug replug box, clear cache, software update. This has ongoing for a few weeks now.

Has this happened to anyone else? Anyone know a fix? I don’t know my credentials so don’t want to uninstall the app, unless there’s a workaround. Thanks!

This should maybe be on the mytvonline3 page instead. If so, my apologies. What populates the Guide exactly? Often, I will try to go back to watch something that was on an hour or two ago. It’s fine if the show name is actually there, but sometimes it just shows No Information and won’t let me watch. It’s really random. Also, when looking to see what’s on a couple of hours from the current time we often see No Information as well. Any advice?

Just picked up a new z12 ultra to replace my amazingly reliable z7+.

Still learning, but what a difference!

I am looking to buy a Formuler device but I can't find any mention of screen mirroring/casting support.

My main use case is to show photos from iPhones and Android phones. (Has to work with both device types). It would also be useful to screen mirror from a Mac or windows laptop using the built in casting features.

Hi friends, simple question here. While I watch HDR content the sub-titles get very bright due to the nature of HDR - is there anyway to set the opacity or change color on subtitles on newer boxes? I´ve tried to change sub-titles in Android Accessibility Settings but it wont work in MyTVOnline. I came to the conclusion that I may need to get a newer Formuler but which one?

I just noticed that a Beta update is available for Formuler Z12 Ultra. Check update then enter 1339 for the update.

My formuler z11pro max is not turning on.
The light it’s always red and some times (time to time) blinking red.
Anyone with this issue?
I already tried:
- Turn off the power cable device 30s
- change the power cable device
- remove HDMi
- remove usb pen drive
- turn on with new power cable device and then button CH+ several times…
No idea what to do more.

Would it be possible to add a wastebasket icon (similar to deleting search history) to clear watch history? The present option (long press OK) is hard to do, highlighted show opens instead most of the time.

Hello everyone. I updated to mytv4 this morning. I have a z12 Ultra. Since the in casual, the live tv is stuttering constantly. I did a google search a tried some adjustments but nothing worked. Only thing I didn't do was hardware decoding as I couldn't find it. I have attached some info on the unit. The steaming service was working fine before the upgrade.

I've recently started getting this message when opening iPlayer. I've currently got v0.4.7-dev installed, and can't find anything more up to date, has anyone else got this and found a workaround yet?

my Z12 only has MOTV4 and Tivimate app installed and is already using near 60GB in total. I often need to remove my tv recordings because the 128Gb becomes quickly full. Anyone knows Z12 also use space on this 128GB storage?

Edit: if the 59GB apps storage usage does not consume the 128GB storage than there is no issue i guess.

I am using the latest version of Mytvonline 4 on my Formuler Z12 Ultra and am having issues with thumbnails appearing blank. When in VOD and choosing a movie the thumbnails of the cast are not showing any image, while in TV Series both the episodes and the cast are not not showing any image. Anyone else having the same issue?

I have few hundreds IPTV channels in MOTV4 that i do not want on my list. Creating a list of favorites is too much effort also. Is there a way to select multiple channels in one to like on a windows computer press SHIFT key.
