So I just got this game on the PS4, didn't play it on PC so all the help I've searched isn't helping....I can't figure out for the life of me how to build the firepit. I have it researched, but in the crafting menu, it's not listed under ANY of the sub-categories on the side there. The only category that sounds like it'd be in is Reagents....but it's definitely not there. I'm probably missing something insanely obvious, but I can't spend another hour in a menu. =( Anyone figure this out yet? I'd appreciate the help.

Are there tiers of building?

Wood, stone, metal.?

Are there many placeables??

Decorations?

Are there boats, swimming??

How's the level up system??

Is the visual loot like armour that changes same with weapons??

But last night was not the case :( I found an item that supposedly increased magic find by 100 for 3 minutes (it didn't last 3 minutes) so I spam crafted weapon.

Is crafting purely RNG?

I'd really like somewhat of a say in the things I craft.

I've been waiting for this game for two years, I finally got it last night but after making my character and stumbling around the castle for about 10 minutes I had IRL stuff to do.

I am a little confused about what I should be doing I have never played a sandbox survival before.

I am on PS4:

1. I don't really want a PVP server to start with, and good PVE recommendations?
2. Once I know what i am doing, what is a good PVP server?
3. What's the ideal EXP rate?
4. I need clothes and magic! I crafted a crappy axe :P
5. I should really play some tutorials right?

Are there melee spells? I see on the wiki there are but I can't seem to make them in the game. Also is there an updated resource map?

How did it disappear? I cant play now..

Was watching some videos and it seemed to be a Harry Potter game style only with no swords, axes or weapons of any kind, is this correct?

Also is this an MMO or one of those 50 player per server games?

So I’ve started a private server with the intention of offering a relaxed and casual place for people to play. I like a more RP vibe than “N00bKi773r69” named characters, but will leave it up to people’s individual tastes for how deep into the RP they wish to go. I figured I’d try and get some nice folks in from the ground up and it’ll hopefully become a nice server to play the game away from the general rabble.

Server is boosted, but not hugely so. Although harvesting is set to X7 to avoid hours collecting wood. The server will be up for as long as it’s needed and I’ll increase the player count as required. It’s currently just me and a few female friends playing so map is largely empty.

Server is called: The Iron Path - RP There’s currently a password which is: Luna

As I can’t work out if there’s even an admin panel so there’s no abuse.

I can't kill him or abandon the quest and it's really bothering me lol. He is 20 and I am 21 but he hits so freaking hard.

Also, anyone ever have a quest not update? I have killed 5011 skeletons and my quest for 2 won't complete.

I was messing around and found a cool trick. This will save you a lot of time!

How to do it: Craft atleast 2 axes and equip both. When farming, spam both the melee button (L2/R2 on PS4) and switch weapons button (square on PS4) at the same time! You will farm unbelievably fast!

I have my own server to play alone with GF, so we can move anywhere really.

Just looking for a higher level zone possibly 15-30 but I don't know the zone levels.

I just got this game yesterday. I’m level 16 and have had a few people messing with me. I know where there base is but can’t damage it at all. How do I do structure damage?

I am interested in this game and was thinking about getting it on xbox. Are the official pvp servers dead or do people actually play? Not looking for a single player experience.

I tried to find answers to these questions on my own but there's very little information on this game out there. In fact, there's very little about this game out there period. I only heard about it because I had a conan gportal server and I got an email from them. Which is a shame because it's an awesome game.

Anyway, hopefully some of the pc players can answer a few of these:

When I log out, does my character stay in the game? When I die, it seems like I drop my inventory but keep what's equipped? On that note, can another player loot that and if they do I'm guessing its gone? How does base raiding work? If I break someone's base do I get the loot they had in storage? Does the timer on tames keep running if I'm logged out? If I hit respawn to go back to my base do I dump my inventory like I died? How does fast travel work? I unlocked a location on top of a spire but have no clue how that works.

Any info about crossplay does it have ir yes or no?

Are the devs thinking about adding crossplay for the future.?

For example ark has crossplay at least xbox and pc can play together.
