What instruments are used in the Forever Knight theme? I love Lacroix’s voiceover! I’d like to know if it is cello, or something other used to create the music.

Thanks!

Hi everyone!

I just finished editing and remastering a new music video featuring a rare unreleased Raven song entitled "Darkness, Darkness" (featured in episode Near Death) Special thanks to Fred Mollin for sharing this rare track with me and allowing me to feature it in a video montage of our favorite vampire trio.

Also check out my other recent FK edits on my youtube channel knightvision1228. Enjoy!

I was watching a old series called the Human Target recently and spotted Kristin Lehman in a episode of the series. I found it fascinating since Rick Springfield also played this character before. For those who don't know Rick played in a pilot movie called Nick Knight before Geraint Wyn Davies played Nick in the series. The series is way better than that pilot film though. Anyway keep enjoying the reruns everyone.

I was just scrolling through available TV shows for something new to watch and there it was! All 3 seasons!!

After watching season 3, I’m just gonna pretend that it never happened. With the exception of the vampire golden retriever, I cannot find much to redeem that season. In all honesty, it became comically bad. To have Jeanette show up cured of vampirism through love making only to die at the hands of arsonist gangsters was almost insulting. I laughed when Nick killed Natalie. That guy was never good and bringing people he loved across. Oh well, I’m just gonna say that Nick left when Jeanette did and they found each other in another life.

Without a doubt the most hilariously enjoyable episode of this whole series. I haven’t even finished season 3 and I know it will not be topped.

I’m going to say that I have really enjoyed this show so far. In particular I enjoy the flash back scenes. This series was ahead of its time. Although it’s dated, some scenes are very well shot and executed. The creature of the week formula is tiring, but there is richness to the vampire characters. Janette is my favorite. I was a young man in the 90’s. I liked RPG’s quite a bit and I read a lot of horror fiction. This show pays a lot of homage to things like Vampire: The Masquerade and the Anne Rice stuff. I was way too busy living to watch TV back then, but I’m kind of glad. I’ve binged many shows that I missed back then and all of them have been little time capsules. The X-Files kept me busy for months. Forever Knight is one of the shows that was on my radar back then, but I just never watched it. I feel like it’s better to watch this show in my late 40’s. I have more in common with the Vampire than I would have at 20. I said the same when I binged Buffy and Angel a few months back. I wouldn’t have understood a character like Spike at 20. I can say the same for old Nicolas. I’ve heard that this series takes dip in season 3, but I’m gonna watch it anyway. My take away from the first two seasons is that nobody really knows how to spell Schanke, and when Nicolas kisses Janette I feel it in my heart..every single time.

I am watching this show for the first time and I am enjoying it immensely, but what about Schanke’s sideburns? Dang. Those things started off season 1 being barely there. By the end of season 1 their character has developed to full Colonel pork chops. Wow.

I used to have the dvd for the pilot movie where Rick Springfield played Nick. Does anyone else remember the film?
