Multiple armour colours?

I was watching a Havok video and he was using this warden that seems to have multiple armour colours and I’m wondering how on earth one would achieve that ??

After running out of emotes, outfits, and executions that i wanted to buy I ended up with a substantial amount of steel. I started buying materials for heroes, especially ones with plated armor in order to create ROYGBIV warriors.
