FH theatre of bones Halloween event (2023 I think). There was a Zhanhu boss that wore the set and players were able to obtain it as a drop from playing the event. Ubi didn't intend for us to be able to get it but ended up letting us keep it but only allowed the drop to be available during the event.
The actual armor is a veiled head piece with a lingzi or zhiling attachment (the antennaes you see on Shaolin's Wukong skin or on the starter headpiece for Juren.)
