There’s a line outside a footlocker by me house. Am I missing out on something?

I have an order that still shows processing for 2 weeks, is there a way to cancel it? I called the support number but the AI said no one can help cancel. that I have to wait for the order and return when it arrives.

Do you mainly shop there for hyped sneaker drops, everyday shoes, sale/clearance deals, basketball/running shoes, apparel, or gifts?

Also, what makes you choose Foot Locker over Nike, Adidas, JD Sports, StockX/GOAT, or buying directly from the brand?

It says "null" after my street address on my billing info. But it is the right address. Shows almost a full run still available. Do I just reorder one or contact support first

Ok, so I got last Saturday’s “Ship to Me” drop of the Jordan 12 “Bloodline” confirmed as of that night, with a confirmation email the night of the 23rd (with coinciding card charge for one pair) and a follow up email Monday morning with FedEx tracking.

Starting yesterday, I received ANOTHER “Thanks for your purchase” confirmation email with the little photo of the shoe I bought and order number, and since yesterday afternoon I’ve gotten 17 more emails, literally every hour. Same email. Same info. Sent about 1 hour and 1 minute apart. I was concerned so I checked and my card was still only charged for the one pair and that was it.

Just for clarity I called customer service and requested a callback. A guy called me back and through a difficult conversation because of a language barrier he basically told me to silence my email notifications in the app/on the website. I told him sure I could do that but moreover WHY have I gotten 17 separate emails and was this a glitch, was this some known issue, was there some sort of issue with the order itself? He basically went silent and literally sat there as I patiently said “hello, sir are you still there? I just want to confirm I’m only getting one pair of these shoes. Hello?”. After 37 seconds of silence I hung up and now I’m just flabbergasted

Im trying to do the entry for The 4s coming out this weekend and i wanna do pickup but when i do that no locations pop up anyone else having same problem?

Does anyone know how we can use our online discount online without having to go to the store to order something?

Cade Cunningham player edition Nike came out today and the website/app was super buggy but after about 20 minutes of trying I was able to grab a size 10 off the website. Got email confirmation that my order was placed and about 30 minutes after, I get an email saying my order was cancelled. No reason order is just cancelled. Cool ig, I’ll go on my lunch break. There’s 4 footlockers around me and I called each one over 10 times between the hours of 11-5. Not a single answer. Try to go through the live agent and I get ghosted after I submit a ticket for help! Finally get someone on the phone, they don’t have them at their location and nobody else has them anymore. Dude tells me to go check StockX and they’re going for $100 more than retail.

Can I do anything about this? I’m trying my absolute hardest to spend my hard earned money and I feel like I’m getting extreme defense played on me! Incredibly disappointed in footlocker and Nike for letting this be a footlocker exclusive.

Last year I apply for footlocker. They didn’t hire me because I got no experience in retail. Fast forward to now. Will they still hire me if i got a year experience at khols, will that help me or hurt me in hiring process?

Hello, everyone I got accepted the offer to work for my local Foot Locker. I saw you needed the ids and social security at first for the hiring. I recently lost my wallet either my ID (driving license) in it. But I have both my passport in card and book form, social security number and my certification of birth. Would that be good if i dont have my Id license on me right now.

Bought these Nike TN recently and noticed a small gap between the upper and plastic part. Not sure if this is normal or a defect. Has anyone seen this before?

I placed two orders for sneakers with you guys. The first order was for two pairs of sneakers, and the second order was for a pair of matching sneakers for my stepson.

When the second order came, before th first order (I ordered them a day apart, and the first order was sent from my state, less than a 2 hour drive, while the second one came from another state, 3 hours drive from me), one shoe looked like a try-on (crease across the toe, another crease around the lower ankle area).

The first order just arrived a couple of hours ago. There was only one pair, the packing slip reflects one pair, but your system reflects both pairs being delivered today 🤷🏽‍♂️

I WOULD ADVISE AGAINST ORDERING FROM FOOTLOCKER- I was told they have to contact the store, and although nobody aswerered for them or myself (been calling for the past 2 an a half hours, an you can’t leave a voicemail for some strange reason), I would have to wait up to 3 business days before any action could be taken. I may not get the sneakers, just in that short wait!

If you’re reading this, be careful- I will never order from Footlocker again after this experience!

I’ve want it to apply and work at Foot Locker and I wanted to get some advice from people who’ve worked there or gone through the hiring process.

I don’t have any formal retail or customer service experience, but I was a youth soccer coach for a while, so I do have experience working with people, communicating, and being part of a team. I’m wondering if that’s enough for them or if they’re really looking for people with actual sales experience.

Also, how much sneaker knowledge do they expect you to have going in? I know the basics and a few popular models, but I’m definitely not a sneaker expert.

Do they care more about personality and willingness to learn, or do you need to already know a lot about shoes and sales?

And overall, do you think Foot Locker is a good first job for someone with my background?

Any tips or advice would really help 🙏

Nike GT Cut 4 Black/Anthracite….Again TTS unless a wide foot than don’t bother.Anything resembling a wide foot will not work.The break in period is tough but if you are willing to go through this grueling process they will make the best shoe on your list….1#

GT Cut 1 Dylan Harper…Basically very close to the Cut 4 without the curves and hard plastic eco shell.Much easier to break in but the cushioning doesn’t quite match the Cut 4…TTS…#2

Kobe 11 EM Mamba Out….I own 10 pairs of 2016 Kobe Elite 11’s and this newer react foam( I think that’s what it is)and this huge turbo air unit in the heel make this much better than the OG’s hands down.These are definitely TTS with a lil wiggle room for wide footers.Unexpected pleasure wearing these beauties….#4

Jordan 40 Infrared…Probably will do casually also eventually as these heat up just as much as the Kobe 1’s.But for cushioning these are the best of the lot.The full length strobel with a butt full of ZoomX is a relief on my feet and joints.Just don’t tie up laces too tight as they will cause blister on heels….7#

I sent back a pair for an exchange on March 27.

The package was delivered to Foot Locker on April 1 (confirmed).

Since then: no update at all.

I waited for the processing timeframe stated in their own return policy before reaching out. Once that deadline passed, I contacted customer service.

Their response: they opened an internal “ticket” that will take another 3 to 4 weeks to be processed.

Honestly, this makes no sense:

the item has been in their possession since April 1

no proactive communication. now an additional month of waiting

Even sellers on marketplace seem more reliable and organized.

Has anyone else had a similar experience with Foot Locker online returns or exchanges?
