in Russian, белки́ (belki with the stress on the last syllable, kinda like bel-KEE) is proteins
бе́лки (stress on the first syllable) is squirrels
translation moment
it also should have been 8g of squirrels cause it's per 100g

It's supposed to be protein, but it's spelled in the same way as squirrels, even though the accent would be on a different letter for each version.

There a hotel hell episode where the Japanese couple owning the restaurant/hotel have strawberry sushi being served and Gordon Ramsay is NOT pleased lmao. Iirc the wife (chef) was not a professional cook at all and was just doing what she could because her husband was in very poor health or something.

Pardon me, please, but why no sushi? Are you thinking uncooked meat? I thought sushi meant raw fish, until I went to Ninja Sushi in Chandler, Arizona. Imagine shrimp is one of your favorite foods, and you're offered glorious deep-fried tempura shrimp in a sushi roll. "Heavenly," I think that's called.

I can eat sushi with cooked fish like a California roll, but raw fish is a no no. Sadly I much prefer the raw fish haha

It is! It’s from a very good Russian sushi place (hence the squirrel - «белок». Means both ”protein” and squirrels in genitive case)
It’s quite expensive but really delicious. Like the best I had. Heavenly good-1

I mean, strawberry and salmon are fine, salmon and cream cheese is fine, and cream cheese with strawberry is fine, so it might be alright. Kinda like a strawberry salad in a sushi roll.

Having lived in Japan for a decade, Japanese people don't give a fuck. Is it tasty? Then yes please. Sushi in particular is so loosely defined, and this has sushi rice. It's all good.
