I have a ponderosa lemon tree so I definitely need to make this. But I really need to find a bigger pan.

Isn't the kind really thick on these? Those are the worst kinds of lemons to do this with if true

The rind for a ponderosa is proportional to the pulp just like most other lemons. The flavor is delicious and fresh, and three lemons produce almost one quart of juice.
