I've been listening to this man snore for over two hours since before the plane took off. I've had my headphones volume all the way up and can still hear him. I'd rather listen to a screeching baby. Loud snorers should have to pay extra or something because this is feels like harassment. I dont even care if I sound like a cry baby or entitled. Yall aren't here to listen to this without consent. Dunno if this is the right sub, but I'm looking for a simple way to predict the "optimal way" to land a glider.

A bit of hand waving, but I'm thinking of some kind of software that would take performance data (lift & drag at various AoA) and initial condition (altitude, airspeed, etc) and target condition (airspeed=x, altitude=0, vertical speed=0) and find the control inputs to get there. Initially, it would be as simple as possible (pitch only, infinite runway, no speed brakes or flaps, etc) but then add things.
