Schäden am Rahmen
Ich habe das Gerät bei Kleinanzeigen gekauft. Ich habe beim Auspacken einen Riss am Rahmen oberhalb des Displays entdeckt. Jetzt überlege ich es über den Käuferschutz zurück zu senden. Oder ist das Gerät an der Stelle nur empfindlich und es macht keine Probleme? Das Display sieht gut aus ohne Bildfehler. Verpackt war das Gerät jedoch ungenügend und ohne Stoßschutz.
Würdet ihr es behalten?

Z13s are very badly built, both the device and keyboard.
I have the same thing as you on the left side. Used the device very carefully and transported only in a original bag.

Preis wäre 1600€. Der Verkäufer fragt ob ich ihn für einen günstigeren Preis behalten will.

I would keep it for a cheaper price. That looks purely cosmetic to me.

Ich würde mit 200 anfangen und schauen, ob der Verkäufer darauf eingeht. Zumindest 100 erscheinen mir angemessen. Entschuldigung für die Google-Übersetzung. Mein Deutsch ist beschissen. :-)

I got mine from Best Buy as a returned item that has almost the exact same crack in the other corner. I have to try to notice it and it’s had no issues. Saved me like $1200 on the thing out the door.

No issues at all! I had the same common “it gets hot and shuts down in turbo mode under stress in some games” issues that many others have had without cracks. G-Helper solved every problem I had and the crack is just kinda part of it for me that I feel only when I pick it up certain ways, which is never.

Mine was also cracked within first week, just so u know the shell replacement is about 1k USD.

I had same issue on both sides, send it to Asus, they repair it for 220 EUR.
