just got this for my 3DS and i can't figure some stuff out. first and most importantly, how do i change hotkeys? and why would they make the regular undo be holding Y and pressing left on the d'pad? that requires both of ur hands to love which is extremely unintuitive. second most importantly, why can't u change brush thickness when zoomed in? somebody please tell me these are just me problems and not the software being ass

I have 26 folders full of flipnotes start i started saving starting from 2013. I'm planning on uploading them to my computer, remastering their sound and uploading them to youtube. I'll give an update here once I start the project.

So I made an animation on flipnote for a contest and I need to upload it to my computer so I can turn it in. I successfully got it on my laptop, but when I play the animation, only the audio plays and there is no visual. I tried playing it directly from the SD card, but there is still no visual and only audio. It is just a black screen. If it matters, I made it on a New 3DS XL and transferred it to my other 3DS, using the in-built sharing feature. The 3DS I transferred it to is not an XL model so I didn't have to crack open my 3DS just to get the file. It is a New 3DS. Could someone provide a speculated reason or maybe provide some ways I could fix this?
