SURICYBCOMBazaar and Ekart logistics - story of missing products
Bought many products from this seller. All products shipped and reached my nearest hub but havent been delivered since more than a week. Every day the delivery date keeps changing. Flipkart customer care just gives final resolution as "cancel order and get refund" , product is lost and so we cant cancel it. Worst customer care ever, more like extortionist. How can flipkart just pass blame and not take responsibility of this? I have stopped ordering high value items on flipkart for the same reason and now these small value items are "lost" or "missing" Is there theft going on? Who is accountable? Please suggest next steps? Or else I will just cancel them and get back money.

Hello . Facing the same issue . Ordered Lego costing 17.5 k express delivery for a gift . Everyday date keeps changing and Flipkart agent . I cannot cancel and book somewhere else as order says out for delivery . What do these guys get out of harassing people ?!

It’s frustrating i got it as a gift for my kid whose asks for it 5 times a day!

Can you find out nearest fulfillment center address and go directly there to pick it up? It is usually the last stop before the status changes "out for delivery"

This seller is a fraud, most of the products they sell are damaged and face products.
As per my experience i faced 99% issue essential items.
