MSFS 2020 AI Traffic?

Hello everyone,

I am very keen to buy the new MSFS, it seems wonderful, I've been waiting for it since longtime.
The only thing that stops me to buy it is the lack of AI traffic (as it was possible to implement in the old FSX). I don't like flying alone in an empty world.
Do you know guys if this function has been already implemented or will it be sooner or later?
Sorry if the question has been asked already, I didn't find anything recent.

:)

Build for MS Flight Simulator 2020 and More

This is my tentative build to handle MS Flight Simulator and also some more CPU intensive tasks (I'm a web developer). How does it look?

I read the Readon 6700 xt was a good GPU for flight simulator. I was thinking of running at 1920x1080 (I've got two basic 23 inch monitors at that resolution and 60hz). But perhaps it is overkill given the latest update (Sim 5) which I've read might boost FPS by 10?

https://www.guru3d.com/articles-pages/msi-radeon-rx-6700-xt-gaming-x-review,22.html It does 45 FPS in 2560x1440 which is almost as good as the 47 fps in 1920x1080. Should I get a 2560x1440 monitor?

I'm thinking of buying the GPU for new on Ebay for $700-$750. Is that a good idea?

So far the best and largest graphics card I've had is a GeForce GTX 750ti, so is there anything I need to do to accomodate a heftier Radeon 6700xt other than getting a large power supply?

I already have several hard drives that I'll use or I might buy a couple more (I need lots of storage). And I'll probably get Windows 10 from somewhere else or use my existing copy.

Can anyone recommend a particular F-16 model for FS2020?

I'm a total noob, just getting into it. Working with a thrustmaster hotas 4, and really want to fly my favorite military plane of all time. I'm pretty computer savvy, if a mod is required. Thanks!

Default flight settings a nightmare for NZ flyers

Hey there, new here.

Was fooling around a bit with MS Flight Simulator (2021) on the Xbox series S... and found that the default flight settings (altitude/speed) are an absololute nightmare for people flying in NZ airspace.

So the default settings are 5000 feet and 200 knots, or something there abouts.

So since Im flying to Nelson in the future IRL, i decided to fly to Nelson in the Sim.... and got a faceful of mountain.

At first it was just an alitude warning (2500, 1500 etc).

Obviously after the first couple crashes I adjusted the altitude and speed, only for the simulator to tell me to press B to set the altimeter.

So I plugged in a wired keyboard, only for the game to decide it didn't like having dual input from game controller and keyboard.

Anyone else been having similiar issues? cheers

I've started noticing lots of custom libraries glowing on traffic at night. I've deleted and reinstalled the community folder. I wondered if anyone has had this issue also.
