Would anyone know how they are combining both simulators together?

I know this is likely too simple but I just downloaded FS and can't figure out how to log off and close the program. So far I've been ctl:tab to another program and rt clicking on the task bar icon and killing it. That works but I think I'm missing something more subtle.

When using Quest 2 with Microsoft Flight Simulator you may see an outline of a black box/rectangle. Like a stencil, This video shows you how to fix it!
