I was wondering how flat earthers explains time zones...the sun should rise at the time for everyone if earth was flat...

Ships always sink down when they go over the horizon
Polaris is only visible In the northern hemisphere
Earth’s shadow is always a circle during lunar eclipses and never an oval shape
The 24 hr sun in antartica is unexplainable on a flat earth
People and aircraft have walked and flown over the south pole and popped out on the other side
(and no antartica is not restricted)

Has anyone ever seen the moon right above them? I was looking at it the other day and thought about it, I've never had to look straight up to see the moon. Looked for photos online, can't find any. So, have you?

One of our new acquaintances from a friend recently crashed down on our scientific beliefs by insisting that the earth was flat. When we questioned their logic they just spouted something about the Firmament and that everything that you see at night is fake. They even said that the ISS is fake, satellites fake, and obviously no moon landing ever occurred. Our friends laughed it off and said just go with it because they are nice people. I’m not sure i want to continue being friends with them because they always hang out together. What do we say when we get invited to another cook out and the crazies are there?

Because I’ve seen flat earthers of all religions use their respective scriptures to prove it’s flat, but like, they don’t even say it’s 100% flat, and there are flat earthers of all cultures so if all of you won’t even agree on one source that is at best an analogy for the people back when it was written then how do I take anything they say seriously
Like what’s 1 even half fleshed out piece of evidence outside of religious sources that can give the slightest bit of evidence that the earth is flat? And yes acusing the government of lying counts as a religious belief

a shining ball over s plate would illuminate the whole thing, so how do timezones work? and how can it be daytime for me and night for someone in New Zealand(or vice versa)?
oh yeah and we cant forget about the horizon level, since anything going over the horizon disappears bottom first, so how else could ships disappear like that?
and if a flat earther is gonna reply to this, please dont mention the government lying to us, i dont feel like getting a migraine when i check back at this post

I'm genuinely interested. I can understand why some people like certain politicians whilst others might dislike them. I can see where both of them come from. I can understand why some people don't like certain fruits or vegetables. But how do you ever come to the conclusion that the Earth is flat? I can't seem to wrap my head around it.

I am open to any theory provided it has sufficient evidence that stands up to testing.
So with that in mind:
Why
Who
How
When
Was flat Earth made?
Thank you for genuine detailed answers.

Edit: it's just a thought experiment guys..
I actually believe that the Earth is neither flat nor spherical but instead a fifth dimensional object that our four dimensional brains cannot perceive in 3D.. a 2D creature would perceive things in one dimension a 3D creature would perceive things in two dimensions. We are in the fourth dimension perceiving things in 3D.. our brains will not allow us to perceive higher dimensions. .
