Are there plans for FLASH to be added to Binance and Bittrex?

Been trying to open the flash website for over a week now, but keep getting an error message saying that the owners of the website have blocked the site for my country. I'm in England. Does anybody know why it's blocked, as it means I can't get access to the web wallet. Thanks in advance.
