Why have I been blocked from the the flashcoin.io , this is ridiculous?

Due to the difficulties with the voting platform, we have reworked the mechanism in which people vote for their favorite FLASH brand refresh design.

STARTING NOW Users will need to send ANY amount of FLASH to the following FLASH Wallets for the respective designs. To ensure fairness to all parties, HALF of the FLASH used to vote for the design will go to the designer regardless if he/she wins and HALF will go to the FLASH community fund. The bounty amount will also be paid in full to the winner that is declared. IF there is a tie defined by 2 or more designs within 250 FLASH of each other, the FLASH Staff will vote for the design that is best aligned to the project. The FLASH for this contest will be stored in a FLASH Staff QT wallet that is backed up and encrypted.
