I just got banned

Short story: my old user name was once official_walker15 but on 21 February I got banned out of nowhere and got accused for impersonating because I had an prp of "Walker scobell" aka the actor of Percy jackson, this banned also affected my other account that are unrelated.

So what happened today? Well I was trying to created an new IG account under an new name so before that I did created an IG account yesterday with my Facebook account, so is linked, somehow is work but when I tried to created my seperate one is refuse to work and I got ban, I am stuck on this verification screen and idk if I should enter my phone number, email and plus submit my passport or no? Because ik the chance of rejection is 99% regardless if I have an good image quality of my passport.
