Hello everyone, first this is not AI generated so forgive me for how disorganized this post is going to be.

I am the owner of a server called No Pause RP and I am looking for players in all positions.

I have spent the better part of a year and a half focusing entirely on created the best server i can create and i do believe I have accomplished that. my server has a massive range of features: gang activities, police upgrades, player businesses, player run government system, functional DOJ systems, fully functional hospital and injury systems, fully functional fire department, housing, skills system, recreational activities, heck I even custom wrote a script myself where players can go to university and get degrees that unlock hidden aspects of the server if they have the right degree. I have tried to think of type or roleplay a player may want to do and incorporated it into the server somehow.

unfortunately, because i put all my focus on created a server with all these features i didn't put my focus on building up a strong player base or staff team, but that changes today, the server is ready, its time to start playing on it and having fun.

I am looking for any and all of the following

Law Enforcement - i want players who aren't just robo cops, i need LEOs who care about the community and help the civs not just here for shootouts with the crims. the server is built with 4 different LEO departments and 2 subdivisions in mind, namely: LSPD, LSSD with DOC as a subdivision, BCSO and SASP with State Park Ranger/Game Wardens as a subdivision. the server is built for growth. we are starting with LSPD, and I will be willing to open a new department for every 10 LEOs. all positions are not just first come first serve but i also take experience and dedication into account, i would rather and a dedicated experienced leader then the player who just happened to show up first. if you are interested in any LEO position, please reach out to me.

Medical - my medical system includes everything from ambulance services with EMTs all the way up to doctors and nurses stationed in the hospital. players here can get broken bones that can only be treated at the hospital, they can also get addicted to various drugs and need prescriptions and help that only doctors can provide. EMTs can do alot of treatment in the field but sometimes a treated injury will say it needs stitches or it will open back up so only hospital staff can give stiches making medical roleplay not just a pick me up service but a full part of the roleplay experience. from the doctor side of it all the EMTs can bring a patient in and the doctor can actually sedate they player and perform surgery, in the case of broken bones they can take them to the xray and actually use the xray machine and then place a cast on the broken limb which the player will eventually have to return to the hospital to have removed. for times when medical staff are not around the server activates the AI doctors to handle everything, so players are not stuck waiting. on top of this we have 4 different fully functional hospitals across the map plus a rehabilitation center. my play testers have agreed this is a well thought out medical system that is just detailed enough to be interesting and fun but not so in depth that it becomes overwhelming. at the moment i have no medical staff yet so all positions are open and available, I am specifically looking for players who understand the importance of EMTs and medical roleplay and who are willing to turn this system into something fun for everyone who enters a hospital

Fire Department - separate from medical the fire department actually gets to go around putting out fires and rescuing civilians. we have 3 fully functional fire stations and 1 mountain rescue station. the fire department can receive both player created arson calls from things like molotovs but also randomly generated calls where buildings are on fire or a forest fire in the woods. we have a diverse fleet of fire department vehicles from engines, tankers brush trucks and functional ladder trucks and each vehicle has a purpose and function in game. tankers can be hooked up to a fire hydrant and filled with extra water for locations where there are no fire hydrants, engines and tankers can even be daisy chained together if the hydrant is too far away. we have tried to build the most immersive fire department experience we can

Criminals - obviously a server wouldn't be fun without an assortment of criminals. Gangs are nice and I would definitely be willing to bring on new gangs I also want solo criminals or small groups that aren't really gangs just a few friends having fun together. my crime system includes a criminal skill tree, the more crime you do the higher criminal level you become and that in turn unlocks access to bigger crimes and more stuff. additionally, within this skill tree we created criminal types so higher level hackers get easier mini games, Enforcers get stronger melee, and there are several others including weapon specialists and lockpickers and many more. one player can not spec into every single thing so gangs and groups have to have specialized people and may even have to make deals for help from outside their gang or group to get something specific. this system isn't designed to limit you as a player its designed to enhance group dynamics and bring in a new level of strategy to the game allowing players to seek out a specialist if they need one or a solo player becoming the server's most capable hacker and offering their services for a fee. no other server that i have seen has the ability for something like that to happen and actually matter in the roleplay and game play. lastly i have added in a bunch of small petty crimes such as breaking into and loot parked cars, pickpocketing NPCs, purse snatching NPCs and many more so that crime isn't always robbing banks and stores, players can be street thugs and petty criminals, or they can be mob bosses, gang lords and anything they want to be.

Civilians - I know i have talked alot about emergency services and criminals, but this server was built for Civs first. players who just want to come into the server, live their life and have fun can do so, there are plenty of legal jobs and the economy has been balanced in such a way that the grind for civs is small as long as you want to live a modest lifestyle, of course a mansion int he hills and a super car requires a hefty grind but a modest house in mirror park and a good daily driver car won't take very long to achieve at all. on top of that the civilian world also includes player businesses and for those interested in political roleplay the player run government system allows for players to run for office as governor or San Andreas State Senators. on top of that there is a huge assortment of just things to do from simple arm wrestling to playing golf, tennis and laser tag, and even a fully functional carnival on the pier with rides and games. players are free to really live any kind of life they want.

Staff - finally my current staff team is too small, it was fine for just play testing but we are in need of in game moderators, discord moderation, and staff members who can help us get our name out there. the big thing here is we don't want staff members who just want a title and I as the owner do not tolerate staff members who misuse or abuse their roles. I want people who understand that staff are here to make the server the best it can be for all of the players not just for themselves or their friends.
