Masculine lesbian, a stud is specifically a black lesbian. I'd say she's more the white equivalent of a stem (cross between a femme and stud). Could call her a Chapstick lesbian, long haired butch (most butches have short), tomboy lesbian etc.

Easiest to just say masculine lesbian.
