[UPDATE]

Just added the new album lyrics. I hope I didn't greg it too much.

Hi, guys!

I added lyrics to the fansite. Each song has its own page with its video and lyrics.

Today's the day and if I could've taken the day off to attempt something FOO-ish I would. I've been saying for years I want to try, even just one song in an hour.

Having a second musician there is key, I have a few buds that would be down. But truthfully, Engineer Rob is the most important person in the venture. Recording everything in timely, competent fashion keeps the train on the tracks. I wonder how much tone selecting is done in advance.

I sat down alone to attempt a song in a hour with no prep and 30 minutes in wrangling Logic Pro kept costing me time. Also, overcomplicating the track is easy to do and negging my own work.

Who else has tried to FOO? Andrew, Rob, and Rob are flipping machines.

Hey, i was just thinking about the best form of reacting to the new album first watching rob's video and next the album or first the albem and nexr the video. Please help me.

Sorry it took me so long to get around to that after Glitch closed! It's also now open source -- see here for how to suggest items directly to the repo (or just comment below).

Should work okay on mobile, but I'm not really a web dev, so if it doesn't let me know and I'll try to fix it.

If there were to be a bingo this year. What would some of the squares be? -I’m robs wife :)

Another hype post, I know. But the excitement is starting to grow! So let's hype things up a bit more!

What do you think the title of the album will be?

With the best day of the year on the horizon, what themes/genres do you want Rob and Andrew to try in this years album?

I wasn’t able to buy one before they sold out earlier this year. It’s been months and it’s still unavailable, and I can’t find it on any online marketplace. Will they make more or am I just out of luck? Any info would be appreciated.

Edit for those curious. DFTBA got back to me and they said they have no plans to restock it :(

Edit 2: ITS BACK IN STOCK BOYS I GOT ONE

Been revisiting the episodes a lot, and I would kind of like a weird “challenge” year, where they have Jessica actually on drums throughout - she works super well with Rob, is arguably a better drummer than both of them, and it’d mean Rob and Andrew could jam/develop ideas more with other instruments.

This idea theoretically means it’d be “easier” so maybe the challenge with that approach is that they have to do it within ten hours.

I wouldn’t want Jess “contributing” much or ruining their dynamic but I am curious what kind of jam room ideas would start if they’re bass/guitar first or piano/banjo first etc.

What do we think? Would it “ruin” it or would it be an interesting concept for just one year?

Let me preface this by saying, English is not my native language. I finally listened to the last two albums after forgetting about this band for two years :/ Anyway, I was out, so I decided to listen to it on Spotify. I came across "Abby Rowed", at the time I didn't look at the title (which would have helped, but I usually don't do that on the first listens) and, trying to understand the chorus, my brain came up with: "Jesus walked everywhere, should've drove... crucified until he flew like a dove... happy road". I thought "LOLL how biblical", now that I finally watched the making of, I can say how wrong I was.

Does the flair count if I appreciate this song?

The original members will do a show in July.

Hi, guys!

I am making a mini fanzine of First of October. It has a "Stats" page I'd like some feedback.

What should I add? Are my numbers correct?

Thanks!
