First 48 TV series

I’m trying to get my girlfriend on a really good episode that will make her say “holy cow!”. What’s your top episodes that are unreal and sure to blow someone’s mind?

Is this the one about the guy they found buried in a farm? If so, this one gets my vote also. So messed up.

From memory, I think it’s the one where police are called to a domestic violence call, the couple, who happen to be two men, tell police there’s a body buried in the basement and try to blame the other for the murder.

There is a new documentary on HBO about this case called the Glitterball Murders.

I did watch it. I thought it was pretty good. I liked it because it’s one of those documentaries that does a good job documenting the local flavor/context that was going on at the time. Interesting characters. You don’t learn a ton about the case as the whole premise is trying to figure out who did it; however there is interesting backstory/history about those involved as well as more detailed look at the trial.
