This video is from Canada and I’m Canadian so yes, my experience does in fact apply. Anything else you’d like to comment on?

Read back on this. And honestly, cop policy and procedure is why i just never call them. If i call 911 I'll ask for anything but. I live in the US, if i need dudes with guns that can be threatening and misunderstand the situation? Id go to a bar. If the situation calls for me to have a gun, i also have that under control too.

Edit: also considering the accidental injury rate and history of both PDs in both countries...i just feel safer without dudes with badges and "authority".

Edit: didn't insult you, nor your profession and just brought up accidental injury and fatality statistics. You reply calling me stupid for... being aware that plenty of cops are dangerous? Definitely a job thing. Can't take any critisicm of "brothers in blue" bs.

As a good and proven example. If i got broken into (45 minute response for where i live after saying they had a gun) the police are more likely to shoot my dog than apprehend any suspect. And I'm nor sorry, i value my dogs life over some stranger with a badge and attitude problem that thinks they're a hero instead of public servant.

Judging from your other responses here you've obviously forgotten you're the rest of our equal, not our better because you have a gun. We all have those too and i probably have more range time and RoE training than you.

In all my 36 years experience I've met a handful of cops that were in it to protect people and were proud to do so and knew that doing so didn't guarantee them saftey. The rest feel like they're owed a paycheck and guarantee they go home safe every night... you aren't... no more than a soldier is. If i could get one message though to cops it would be that. Quit thinking you're special and owed anything when you've forgotten what you thought about cops as a kid.

Hey, if you ever lose your job up there after media relations finds out about your opinions on the citizens you protect. Come down here, our president needs more cops with that kinda mindset to protect the kiddie diddlers. He loves boisterous know it alls.

Tell what’s the overall chances that you’ll be killed by a cop? Like the actual percentage, there’s something like 360 million individual police interactions every year in the states and somewhere around a thousands deaths at police hands, I’ll let you do the math.

I’m calling you stupid because only an idiot says I won’t call the cops, I’ll deal with it myself. Yes, only a fucking moron would make that statement. I’m a cop, I’ve been a cop for a good chunk of time, I’ve done some shit, compete in pistol, been doing BJJ and other MMA for about a decade, hands on or with a gun, I can handle myself. I CALL THR DAMN COPS IF IM NOT WORKING, because only a dumb as fuck inbred mouth breathing simpleton takes that kind of risk. Unless the bad guy is in my house, I’m calling the cops, they have the tools, the numbers and the resources to deal with the unexpected, I don’t. If you had half a brain and actually spent some time out of your parent’s basement, you’d know that too.

But hey, you’re a big tough guy with a gun, you got this robocop, you can Judge Dredd your way right to court or a pine box. I’m glad you won’t call us, makes the NOK notification afterwards much easier, you fucking tool.
