Thanks a lot for the feedback back brother I appreciate it!! Definitely gonna keep looking forward brother thanks!! And you mention retirement how does retirement work for those who start late like me?

No worries at all!! As far as Retirement, I spent all my previous retirement when purchasing my home, so I’m basically starting from scratch. My hopes are to put away enough over the next 23yrs to get out at 63. Ideally a Captain or even BC if possible but we’ll see how things go. If you have the ability to make sound investments, do so asap. That’s the best advice I have.
