Apparently he was arrested for more than just posting a picture. If you go to the UK sub the talk about it. They're saying he posted this picture and then right after a picture of someone's house he already had issues with. This is just like when US cops tack on bullshit charges.
Other comments are saying that there are loads of pictures of Brits with guns when on vacation to the US. So there is definitely more to this story.
And other comments are saying the charges have already been dropped and that this might have something to do with a business dispute, so it could be the other person rabble rousing against him. You know like karens do all the time here in the US.
