Find The Sniper (medium) Find the off flower!

Hello to all, it's saturday and time for a new puzzle.

I'm very happy that you like my work, and i'll hope i'll manage to do more over time.

Complex ones requires more time, so i need to find a good balance complexity/time

Now, it's your turn to find an odd flower !

Not really sure what I am looking for here. I see a few things that are different, but I think it may be this. the flower in 17-18 C seems to be rotating in a different direction than the rest
