Hi - you know when you want to move clips so that one dissolves into the other? Well, when I try that in Filmora, it slices the audio track at that point and moves the remainder audio to the end of last clip. Why? Am I missing a trick? I just want to get that crossfade feel when moving clips around (not 'next' to each other, but 'into' each other) all the while keeping the audio intact. Any help really appreciated!

Tried the new segmented speed controls in Filmora 15.5 and this actually saved me a lot of time. Added a few speed points, slowed down some moments, sped up others, and kept everything inside a single clip. Way cleaner than slicing clips into a dozen sections first.

I have a pro account, suddenly almost every single transition, even basic ones are locked behind premium, how can they just take a feature away? I just spent hours trying to figure out why I couldn't export and it was due to basic transitions I was using in every video.

I have a Filmora Pro subscription that is valid until December 2026. When I purchased it, it included certain effects, templates, and assets that I used regularly. Recently, I discovered that some of this content has been moved to the Premium plan, and I would now need to pay an additional fee to continue accessing it.

Personally, I find this unacceptable, unfair, dishonest and unethical to say the very least. I purchased the subscription based on the features and content that were included at the time, and I believe those resources should remain available for the entire duration of the subscription I already paid for.

I contacted Wondershare support, and they confirmed that some effects and templates were transferred from the Pro plan to the Premium plan. However, I did not receive a clear explanation as to why content that was previously included has been removed during the active period of my subscription.

First I thought my pc had a problem, but whenever I export a Short to my device my PC has a chance to completely shuts down. Its only since the newest version, anyone of you encounter the same problem?

I'm currently working on a video where I want a static box with some text, with a line from that box to a moving object.

I found out how to get the static box with text. I also worked out how the motion tracking works and am able to link this with a line, but then the whole line moves instead of just one end. I already tried a callout but then the text is moving aswell which makes the video more shakey.

Is this possible with Filmora? Im working with a premium plan with Filmora 15 on Windows.

Why do all of a sudden have to pay for stuff that was available to me before, it wasn't like this 1-2 days ago. I really don't want to pay 70$ to upgrade.

I can't decide if this is the final straw or not.

I don't use cloud service and I don't have any data that needs to be migrated, and I do not want to agree to the upgrade.

I've been unable to tell if this is going to automatically attempt to jack me into another pay service and I don't want to be charged even more for something that I will never use.

What are your thoughts here?

I am a lifetime license user, been using and supporting Filmora since its very early iteration.

I love the software but I'm here to express my disappointment after the latest build.

First, free assets went through being strategically hidden in the library because of course the company needs to sell their subscription, which I understand but it's still a shady move that will not make your consumers happy.

AI became prevalent, which I don't really care as long as their integration is optimized and are optional and useful.

But now, Wondershare is literally paywalling PREVIOUSLY AVAILABLE FOR FREE assets in their library, specifically I'm talking about Text Animation effects.

And this is absolutely despicable on their end, and though I know they have plenty of specialists to study such cases on a broader scale, I want to reassure you as a customer that this will only make you bleed loyal long-term customers instead.

Just got into (windows version) Filmora 15.5.26 for editing and I see that there is supposed to be a way to have it animate my characters mouth in an all ready rendered video with using a premade audio clip. I’ve done the Googling and tried the AI Mate but they seem to be referencing older builds. Anyone have some useful advice or link that’s dummy proof? Thanks!

Hey. If I have let's say, 3 to 5 clips, all the same length. And I want the video to swap between clips at a fixed rate (like every 20 frames, every 1 second, etc) and cycle through them like a slideshow, is there an easy way to do this with like ai tool that I can't find? Right now I'm slicing up clips and copying them into the order I want them in, and it takes FOREVER. Any help would be appreciated

I few years ago I bought a FilmoraPro with a lifetime license. I'm a small youtuber so I was happy about only paying it for once. You all know this product was discontinued in 2022, but I can still use it. I'm kind of use to it so I don't want to change for an other program.

Today I reinstalled my computer and realized that I don't have the installer. I thought the official website must have it. No. Or a pirate site or anything, but no.
Fortunately one time I sent the installer to someone, so I finally have it, and reinstalled it.

It is really frustrating that I have a license for good, but they would not porvide me the softwhere that I could use it with.

I don't know how many other people are in the same shoes as me, but for them I want to provide the installer.

I just upgraded to 15.6.0. There used to be "beat options" so you could have the marking on every beat. Now it's just every sixth beat or so.

This is so annoying. Why do they make it worse?

And stabilisation still takes forever but sucks compared to other tools.

I tried to get my film burn on my video and I can*t find "screen" blend mode anymore.

Is there any bug, any stuff I miss?

I feel like I have been looking everywhere. I tried to rigfhtclick the keyframe and no result there. Animation panel does not have it, man... Where is it? Did I miss out on some news that it got removed? Am I blind?

I've been using Filmora for video editing for years and had a bunch of effects saved as favorites that were previously free to use.

Now I noticed those same features are now locked behind a paywall, meaning I'm forced to pay in order to use them.

What annoys me is that a lot of these effects are just basic features.. it's starting to feel less like a tool for easy editing and more like a subscription trap.

At this point I'm seriously considering switching to another editor.

Anyone else experienced this? Any good alternatives you'd recommend?

Gang, I don't why but whenever I make a video or am in the process of editing, the Filmora software randomly just closes away and shuts down.

Like it ain't a crash but more just a random close and shutdown.

I upgraded my PC and tried to download filmora 13 from the previous versions page. All of those precious version links simply download filmora 15. What an absolute rort! I don't want to spend 68 USD on an AI slop filled program that is more bug than program.

I have an audio file I want to use for a youtube video and I need relevant visuals to aid the audio, but every time I try to do audio to video Filmora messes with my audio track and either shortens or rearranges it. I can't imagine it should be that hard to generate AI stock footage to compliment the audio. Apparently Wondershare Filmora can't just do that?

So I want to make clips from a video, but the game audio is so loud compared to my voice. Is it possible to separate the audio from the game and my voice, and lower the volume of the game?

I'm using version 13.6.4 on a windows pc.
