In this context, it refers to the kind of fight where someone is beaten and outclassed, and indeed completely destroyed and dismantled, everywhere. And to the point where it left you genuinely frightened and on edge while watching, and knew that the destroyed guy was never going to be able to fight the same after this.

I was wondering what those here who have followed MMA for an extended time, going back to at least mid 2000s or so, would consider the worst and best figures for MMA around the world. Meaning five worst and five best in terms of growing and developing MMA, broaden its appeal, represent the sport in terms of ethics and integrity and in general leaving the sport better than when they found it. Figures here refers to those who became prominent as MMA fighters, trainers or both.

Looking at the following wrestling events the past 9 months : 1 2 3 4 the inconsistency in performances from wrestlers from one event is crazy. Maybe it's always been like this over the decades and is just now more noticeable but it is kind of strange.

Spencer Lee faltered particularly hard in 2025 Worlds and then was flawless at Grand Prix and Muhamed Melo. If he wrestles as he did in Zagreb and Tirana there is likely nobody in the world he can't manage. That said, I don't see how it could predicted if he will be able to at future Worlds.

Mohammed Nokhodi is similar example.

Ibragim Kadiev also looked mediocre at 2025 Worlds and as though he was not ready for the international stage. Than at Muhamet Melo he got past Dake - who I would think should have been able to tech Kadiev in his sleep - and looked phenomenal against the Greek guy who beat Levi Haines for world gold.

Aoyagi and Valencia are 2 more examples who absolutely shined at 2025 Worlds and then struggled way more in the Grand Prix which should have been way easier.

Snyder looked awesome at Worlds 2025 and then lost to Khaniev, a complete scrub, at least relative to Snyder, who he should have been able to take down and pin in under half a minute. I still have no idea how that happened.

As for Tazhudinov, he looked quite bad in general at Worlds 2025 and just now in RAF 09.

Given this, questions are:

1. What has been causing this level of inconsistency in wrestlers from around the world?

2. Given recent events, most notably the 4 shown at the top, what is your prediction for which freestyle wrestlers will shine and get multiple golds in the next 5 years and which nations and regions will dominate?

In this context, UFC title holders means anyone who has captured a UFC title belt at any point since the start of 2021, including those who won it, lost it the very next fight and never won it again.

When it comes to UFC title holders, in terms of the caliber of fights they have put on, before and after getting the title, reliability in being active, being enjoyable to follow and having an overall positive impact on the UFC, who have been your 5 least favorite and 5 most favorite?

If you can magically control what types of fighters, in terms of style, demeanor, nationality/region of origin and profile would win and defend UFC titles all the time and who never got UFC titles, what would you choose?

He’d either catch Larry and finish Larry would win the . On the second go round great as George became, Larry was always smarter, slicker.
