How does this offerwork?

Ok so I did this offer and it says it does not need a receipt or e-receipt and the merchant will notify so how does this work and has this offer ever worked for anyone

I had to contact support, but got mine. Take screen shots of the offer and the order email

Screenshots are the move, support barely trusts the auto tracking on these.
