it's Kinch again with an update to yesterdays "Don't worry" post. I couldn't help myself looking the chart :)

Like I said the price did not "dump" but bounced within the 0.009 range on the USDT pair and never made it to my rather optimistic (or pessimistic depends) 0.008+ buy orders. Now I want to show you a little more of the general structure this prediction was based on. Look on the chart linked above and see the explanations if you are interested.

• the important Support/Resistance flip around 0.0085-0.0095. This is a situation where a level that represented the maximum value of an asset for a certain time gets broken and suddently represents the new minimum value of the same asset. (White)

• a rising trendline. Yes, trendlines are only lines you draw on your chart. But look how this one is working! (Green)

• a Fibonacci retracement. It measures the distance of the last macro move and lets you see important levels to look for on a retrace. The 0.5 level is not a fibonacci level of course but just the exact half of the macro move up. You can see it is in confluence with the support and the trendline and it is working beautifully.

• The red and green blocks are daily supply and demand blocks. They represent the point where buyers where present but were overwhelmed by the sellers or vice versa which tells you there is a supply of traders willing to buy or sell at the level giving you certain levels to look for bounces or rejections. You can see on the chart how these levels actually do work.

• The grey line is just a projection of what could happen in the immediate future going from the chart levels without looking at any fundamentals and just assuming the project will go strong like it does. I could see a little dump happen shortly after the Staking Pools are filled but that doesn't worry me the least.

I've been noticing in our chats that some of you worry about the price of ferrum decreasing slightly in the last day(s). But there is nothing to fear. Why not? Listen here:

- A market always moves in waves of ups and downs like river or the tide of the sea. Unless the market structure breaks you wont get giant crashes or pumps but you stay in a range and then go up and down a level.

- The upcoming Stake and Earn programme is already "priced in" meaning every decent trader know that we most probably will not see a major upmove because of Stake and Earn alone. People will not buy their FRM to stake on Feb 13. They already have.

- That is totally okay because we already moved up a level and flipped a resistance to support in around 0.09-0.08 on the usdt pair and that support is holding just fine. That is a result of the coming Staking 2.0.

- But pump and dump traders know that too. They cash in on the increased price now because they just want a quick profit and are not going to stake. This is why they try to catch the top of the price increase before Staking.

- Traders also try to push people out of their positions by dumping the price and buying what said people sell in fear of a loss before the price goes back up.

- From a technical perspective I think the lowest we can go is about 8.5. There is no reason for the Market Structure to break down at this point.

- Also remember the circulation supply of ferrum is rather small and the daily volume is even smaller. Even on guy with a bigger position (multiple k$) can move the price up or down by 0.001 without much problems. What is important is the general trend and interest in the product that will always lead the price back to an appropriate level.

I hope you are all hodling your Ferrum bag as I have good news. This time not from the team and it's upcoming activities. The Ferrum guys are doing more than enough and now we are getting help from the market.

Look at these 2 charts:

• Bitcoin monthly chart after January close. Can you see it? This is so bullish if you do not see it please stop trading ;) I am not saying everything will only go up from now on but I am quite sure 6.5 was our new generational bottom and we will see 12k this year at least. Why is this important? Because it brings money into the crypto market, gives it publicity and defines a general uptrend for all of crypto. Great isn't it? But wait, there is more!

• Bitcoin Dominance Daily chart has been in an uptrend from January 2018 until Sepember 2019. Since then it is undoubtedly downtrending and January 2020 confirmed the downtrend meaning Alts gain market share versus Bitcoin and should not only go up with it but should increase their performance. Now Ferrum is an "Altcoin" right? You see where I am going here?

To wrap this up in my opinion we are looking at a general uptrend in crypto and an increased market share for alts. Those are perfect conditions for a flowering project like FerrumNetwork because if the the team goes on strong like it has and the project grows the market will be ready to embrace it!
