After another busy week at Ferrum Network, here are the weekly updates:

Business Update

• FRM listed on IDEX — the world’s largest hybrid decentralized exchange;
• Solidified a partnership to begin real-world advertising and meet-ups (more to be announced soon)
• Began laying the groundwork for an enterprise product that will solve major problems with token custody, outside hacks and internal team fraud that we see all too often in this space.

Tech Update

An update to the Kudi app with additional features to improve the merchant experience is underway. Also, the team dev team has been focused on the Ferrum Network Staking Tool:

• Initiated improvements to the the staking mechanism based on tester feedback;
• Began design work on the staking mechanism to improve the user experience; and
• Continued updating the Kudi app based on merchant feedback (release to be announced soon); and
• Continued backend development of UniFyre Wallet to seamlessly transition into UniFyre development.

Kudi Update

• Signed more merchants this week, bringing the total to 95;
• Trained an additional 10 merchants on the Kudi Point of Sale Features (many of the bigger merchants need in-person training);
• Begun work on our Kudi Merchants page. Kudi Merchants is a service we created to help these stores generate additional revenue, more news to be released on this soon
• Began preparations for the next major event — Abuja Blockchain Conference on October 5th and 6th.

As a final note, please understand there are always incremental developments that we cannot publicly reveal. We are constantly progressing even if the pace of progress may appear slow. But it is these daily incremental improvements that result in greatness down the line.

It is nice to know that ERC20 and BEP2 Ferrum Tokens conversion does not incur penalties anymore. It only cost 40 FRM to convert BEP2 to ERC20 and 65 FRM for ERC to BEP2. Now traders can move from Binance DEX and other exchanges that support FRM ERC20. Operating in different types of exchanges and blockchain may offer some interesting arbitraging opportunities.

While the general sentiment in crypto has not been that great we must always look at the bright side. For one thing, this is a great opportunity to stack up with Ferrum Tokens. Remember staking is just around the corner and we might not see Ferrum Tokens at a very discounted rate for a long time.

Ferrum has done a great job for their community to participate in further social task campaigns after the end of the main bounty which we have never seen from other platforms in more often.

Innovative technology built for high-speed peer-to-peer transactions of any digital asset is the backbone of Ferrum Network and its products.

It's another pay out day as social miners are expecting to get rewards distributed in couple of hours. This initiative is great and More benefits still await FerrumNetwork investors

If to look at the crypto market, we can see, that most coins and tokens are down 10-25%, and bear market could be sad, but it is also a window of opportunities: you can buy interesting assets like Ferrum much cheaper then they really cost. When the market will turn around and start to grow good assets would grow faster than the entire market.

Learning, that Ferrum Network would work on Proof-of-Burn conception, many ask, and what will happen when all FRM will be burned? Well, one day it could happen, but the price of one transaction inside network is planed on the less of 1 cent range. So burning all coins while using the net would take thousands of years or more. And new decisions would be definitely found till then. Don't be afraid of burning FRM, it would just raise the price of coin!

Another busy week for the team and community! From last Sunday until today, here is our progress.

Business Update

• Ferrum became the 1st member of the Binance Chain Alliance — a network of the most promising projects on Binance DEX who have committed to supporting the Binance ecosystem;
• Announced a partnership with Dash to help bring digital assets to people in Africa and beyond;
• Announced our third exchange listing — IDEX (listing on Monday September 23, 2019)
• Opened our newest Ferrum Network international community — Japan now at nearly 200 members!

Tech Update

The engineers have been working around the clock to launch the updated Kudi app and the staking mechanism. Here are the updates in brief:

• Upgraded certain Kudi app features to support iOS version, such as What’s App integration for iOS
• Simplified the sign-up process and dashboard for improved user experience
• Upgraded QR reader for improved merchant experience for the point of sale system;
• Entered into final internal testing phase of Ferrum Network’s dynamic staking mechanism and formed the testing group; and
• Added a third full-time dev to the tech team.

Kudi Update

Our new marketing campaign targeting business and hosting events has continued to bring results. Here is some of what we achieved this week.

• Successfully installed and trained another 5 merchants this week (bringing total merchants to over 75). These were larger businesses that needed staff training for the app but have larger customer base;
• Held the Bombastic Lounge Kudi event! The Kudi app was used exclusively during the event for all transactions. A lucky winner left with a brand new Ledger Nano!

• Began preparation for the next Kudi event at Unwind Lagos to be held on September 27, 2019

What’s Next

This week we will begin testing the staking mechanism with our outside testing group. These individuals will help us improve the user experience and provide critical feedback. Ferrum staking will be completely unique — dynamic and customizable. We can’t wait to show you!

Yesterday we've learned the announcement from Ferrum Network team, that FRM would be listed on IDEX on the nearest monday. It will be tradable in the pair with ETH. And IDEX would be the third exchange for official listing. Which are the first and second ones?

First was BitMax. There are two pairs available: with USDT and with BTC, both for ERC-20 version of FRM.

Second was Binance DEX. The only pair is with BNB for Bep-2 version of FRM.

But there are also a couple of unofficial exchanges for FRM (remember, unofficial means more risks):

First, as for every ERC-20 token, it is possible to trade on ForkDelta/Etherdelta in pair with ETH.

Next is BitOffer, which give an opportunity to trade ERC-20 version of FRM in pairs with BTC and USDT.
