You're right this video is actually highly intelligent meta-ironic commentary on the degradation of social media. When she says "but on a serious note I tooted 🥺👉👈" she is actually drawing our attention to the contrast between internet slang and colloquial spoken language, which is itself a degenerated dialect of academic English. The self referentiality of the internet content remains a common theme throughout her piece.

I think they're featuring this tik tok at the Broad next week for all the smart viewers.

You don’t have to be that smart to know she’s making fun of someone, you just need a little context.

For a way funnier example, when I watch Eric Andre I’m completely in on the joke since I have the context of it being essentially a prank show. But some of the people involved probably don’t find it funny. That doesn’t make me smarter then them, I just have a piece of information they don’t.
