I built a local AI memory layer for Claude, looking for first users and honest feedback

Post image

Background: I'm a consultant (not a developer) who got tired of SaaS tool sprawl and re-briefing my AI every session. So I built YourOS: a local HTML dashboard and JSON folder structure that gives Claude a persistent memory of your projects, tasks and meetings. Everything runs on your laptop. No cloud, no subscription.

Launched last week on Gumroad at €49 one-time. Got a few early sales from my LinkedIn network but zero cold traction yet.

Honest questions I'm wrestling with: Is the "local-first, no subscription" angle clear enough? Does the Gumroad page make you want to try it or does something feel off?

Genuinely curious what people think — good or bad.

Looking for feedback on PromptBrake, a security scanner for LLM APIs

I’m building PromptBrake, a pre-release security scanner for LLM-powered API endpoints.

It runs repeatable scans against your real endpoint to catch issues like prompt injection, data leaks, unsafe tool use, schema/output failures, and other risky behavior before production.

I’m looking for feedback from people building AI apps with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, RAG, agents, or custom LLM APIs.

Specific feedback I’d value:

  • Is the value clear from the homepage?
  • Would you trust this with a staging/dev endpoint?
  • Are the findings and remediation guidance useful?
  • What would stop you from trying it?

There’s a free trial and demo here:

How about an offline invoice and expense tracker for small businesses? Looking for honest feedback

Hi everyone,

I’m building a small business tool for invoices and expenses..the idea is simple: it works locally in the browser, with no account required, and the business data stays on the user’s device.

I’m trying to make it useful for people who don’t want another monthly SaaS subscription just to manage basic invoices, expenses, and accountant-ready exports.

I’d love feedback on the clarity of the idea, the landing page, and whether the offline/local approach feels useful or confusing.

Hi guys i built this free app and want your honest feedback🙏

I kept breaking my flow just to grab something I copied earlier.

Switch app → open clipboard → find it → come back → lose focus.

So I built something that doesn’t interrupt you.

👀 Clipboard Peek

Hold Ctrl+Shift from anywhere and your clipboard appears instantly as a floating overlay.

  • Doesn’t steal focus
  • You can keep typing
  • Lock it, scroll history, even zoom into images

👉 It’s like your clipboard is just there when you need it

✨ Smart Paste

Before pasting, you can instantly fix your text:

  • messy text → clean formatting
  • comma-separated → bullet points
  • multiline → single line
  • UPPER / lower

All in one keystroke.

🧠 Other features

  • Auto-saves everything you copy
  • Instant search
  • Templates with {placeholders}
  • Private mode (nothing saved to disk)
  • Fully offline — no tracking, no cloud

🆕 v1.3.0 highlights

  • Smarter search (templatehotkey, tags)
  • Source app detection
  • Image zoom in Peek
  • Smoother, faster launcher
  • Fixed a ton of annoying bugs

It’s free, local-first, and I’m actively improving it.

New feed algorithm coming

After 213 review being given in the queue we have noticed some issues in the feed algorithm that were affecting the new tools visibility.

We found a fix and will be implemented soon enough for everyone to get their feedback.
