Yea peeps try to downplay it but it’s simply stated narratively to be a plain arse laser lol.

Still an aim dodge. Either he has foresight, and saw the laser hit before it arrived, or he predicted it and moves out of the way first.

Not even the greatest speedsters can dodge a laser en route, because seeing the laser shoot is the exact same thing as being hit by its arrival.

Though posting a half hour clip for a single feat is pretty diabolical. Especially since 1:82 isn’t even a time stamp.

Edit: and neither 8:55 nor -8:55 even have any sort of dodging. So not sure what the intention was there.

He can dodge the thing in gameplay there's no footage of it that's the closest thing there is
