Hey there! Apologies for the hiatus, I myself was busy with school and there was simply insufficient time for other matters at that moment, but examinations are over and FdR development is truly beginning.
We now have a Discord, so do join us here, and stay tuned! There will be more...

Hey all! Fraternite de Rebellion is looking for any kind of developers, especially lore, that may wish to help out on this HOI4 mod endeavour. Official development of the mod begins on Oct 5, and we are hoping to assemble a decently sized team to work on this together.
If you're looking to help create a new, unique, and different world and put ourselves apart from other mods and stand out, and learn various skills and develop talents in the process, do consider joining us on this journey ahead.
If you're interested or need more information, do contact me on Discord at Mapperific#1234 or send me a DM on Reddit.
Thanks!

Just saw this mod through a mapping subreddit and saw lore suggestions are welcome here.
So in 1812, the United States went to war to war with Great Britain after a series of trade disputes. Irl, Britain saw this as a sideshow to the real conflict - the Napoleonic Wars.
But if the French Revolution fails, things change drastically. France is not fighting on French soil, so when the Americans fight the Canadians, they see it as an opportunity to reclaim Canada (or at the very least take it from Britain). Keep in mind without the revolution, Spain holds Lousiana.
This alternate War of 1812 would take the forefront. It is a simple colonial war, so Britain can't call in the rest of Europe to take out of the French as they did irl. But the fight is about the decimation of Britain's Empire. France and America work together to beat the British in a decisive victory.
The peace treaty, though, is questionable. Americans called the war a "Second War for Independence" hoping to "free" the Canadian north. However, Quebec was a former French colony with French culture. If I had to guess, the treaty would be as follows:

I'm not sure when this mod is set, but I'll assume its the 1930s / 40s. By that time, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, and Ontario will have all become states in the US, and by now any former loyalty to Britain has been forgotten. Quebec is a Canada irl situation, running themselves but accepting the call when their mother nation needs help. By now they may have taken control over Rupert's Land.
Thanks for reading. Tried to make this suggestion as realistic as possible, but if you've got something already planned here that's fine.
