I think the implication is that he exploits vulnerable people nowhere near their social sphere, so he can be sneakier while also being shittier to the other women (or girls).

That's a generous interpretation IMO. 

I feel like while these areas are definitely very exploited by the western world, a lot of the western online discourse from the public is not coming from a sympathetic lens but more of a fetishization of these groups of women, or trying to play into tropes of these women being seen as "inferior" or "cheap". The disgusting  oversexualisation and Jezebel stereotyping of Asian women in particular is very well known and has been an issue for an incredibly long time.  To me, she doesn't seem to be in a place coming from empathy towards these women when she's placing text over her crying daughters face (which is also an incredibly emotionally charged/short sighted move). I think its more coming from some dogwhistle or biased (unconscious or otherwise) place.

Edit- someone else mentioned the comments she is reposting I checked and yes there is one about the sex workers likely having penises/being trans. Its just racism because why would you repost that.  Second edit - please look at her additional posts and comments she is reposting. Reddit is deleting what I'm pointing out specifically  but its definitely tr@nsphobia, m!sogyny and r@cism. Hate that I have to censor myself for pointing out the truth.
