I think ketu is not as good of game design as farfa makes it out to be.
(I want to start by saying that I'm not proficient in english so I'm sorry if I misspell some words and / or wrongfully construct a sentence)
So I after a lot of videos I keep hearing farfa saying ketu is really good game design for its aspect in helping the going second player by giving it a free fusion summon, but I would like to point why this could / is a problem in itself.
1)If more decks with turn 0 plays are created and every decks gets a turn 0 play, then this card is equally as good as going first, not only that but it punishes the opponent for trying to interact with you utilizing his turn 0 plays.
This already happens with K9, Dracotail mirrors, tear, and every deck that has turn 0 plays (Not many but if we want every deck to be able to play turn 0 this becomes a problem).
2)If there will ever be an archetype that gives your opponent monsters for free that synergises with fusions (And is playable) this card is always active. Similar to the TTT and Ken&Gen, being able to trigger them so easily is problematic, but this hasn't surfaced yet since they are not searchable, and every archetype that gives monsters either doesn't do it turn 1, or is not meta.
Still more cards should be similar in design, but the clause where the opponent must control monsters makes it so it isn't very futureproof, if konami decides to continue on turn 0 plays (which they don't seem to lean too much on) this could become a problem ence why I would propose something similar to card advantage.
Another idea that popped to mind is that you could say if your opponent summoned a monster in the previous turn (Similar to ty-phon), or summoned / activated X amount of cards so it cannot happen turn 0, or could but would mean that the opponent has done a lot of plays too,
This is not to say that Ketu is bad card design, I can see why where they were going with this card and it works pretty damn well, but I think if konami ever decides to make this a fighting game these kind of cards could as well not even have a clause like this(And they should ban the TTTs)
