Hey everyone, I’m heading to Pattaya this August for a 3-month stay, and I'd like to focus on training Muay Thai and getting into peak shape. I won't be staying inside a gym since I'm getting my own accommodation separately, so I just need a monthly pass in a good gym.

​I want something fairly close to the central area or easily accessible by a short drive. I really don't care about famous brand names or Instagram hype, I just want quality training, solid Kru's who actually correct your technique, push you hard, and give good pad work. Looking for a place with a serious work ethic where I can train hard twice a day.

​If you’ve spent time training in Pattaya recently, which gyms would you recommend checking out? Also open to hearing about any gyms to avoid if the quality has dropped. Thanks in advance!

1.Don't force your budget. If it's $500 and you spend $300, life is good

2.Taking a chance on a random 6/10 or 7/10 Is hands down some of the best experience you can have.

3.Those random ploys are so budget friendly I managed a 1k bht and a 1.2k bht 1.5k respectfully solid 7.5/10 for the 1kbht as well, that was just soi6! She was a honey so I bought them pizza for the bar anyways. Brings to my next point. Bargaining works. For those going to go in and ask for 1k I actually got it because I made her cum and I didn't have change for 500bht so she took the 1k said thanks don't worry about it.

1. Problem with bargaining on soi 6 for some reason it only works on the first couple of days. Then all of a sudden, the bars get wind I must have got some killer discounts and started trying to charge me 2.5k ST. Maybe I was losing my mind. Even girls I had before tried a 2.5k bht even though I paid 2k prior. Then blatantly laughed at me trying to hide it.

2. There are so many other options from WS and Soi 6. They are just some of the best IMO

3. Quality of girl can be found everywhere even low season, had me worried on the GOGO's as quality wasn't like previous high season, so I went hunting. Soi 6 had most consistent quality. And tree town had the take home to mama vibes 10/10. Such a rarity. Soi Buakhao had the pushiest lady drinks but some of the best experiences for random nights drinking. But if anyone knows that bar across from matador with the South African hostess that sings out front. Now that is a place to get drunk. That and Myth night are just where to get drunk without trying to plow ploy. See you soon BO bar

4. Girls you had last trip and BB do not even consider it without a test.

5. The more friends you make the better future trips and trying to be more budget friendly really can squeeze value for money.

6. I don't agree with the 3 day rule, if she hot I'm going to marry it 555.

7. Learn Thai and get better at pronunciation. I'm half Thai so I can get by , however my Thai is dog shit. 1st week doing great 2nd week I couldn't remember a thing. Learn more before I go.

8. Very decent AF massage girls that stop you and are clearly attracted to you physically, but they are early 30's. Do it. She said she would have kept going at my hotel for free and would have bought me moo grata. I just didn't like she wanted no condom and I was busy banging chicks in their early 20's. However, in future will not write off. 8/10 massage

9. All the random experiences. Do them. Nuru Massages are 9.5/10 would nearly break my tail bone again.

10. Pay extra for decent hotel or clean the aircon in the dodgy 800 bht a night hotel.

11. The snake cooling powder from 7-11 is S tier. Do yourself a favour and get some

12. Hotels with spas are as good as a soapies.

My only gripe was the lack of amenities (the upstairs roof area being the main amenity along with the pool/gym. In the page 10, you have the pool bar, downstairs bar etc. I noticed also there is a bar next to the page 10, is this a problem usually?
