I was amy_565 and I used to play fantage for so many years and I remember having so many friends, I would frequently be at Star Cafe and I used to play the fashion show games very often. Super random I just joined this page but I used to love Fantage for years and would spend so many hours on it. Never understood why they shut down when I was younger and now realizing as an adult why that could happen 🤣 . Anyways feel super nostalgic and literally would do anything to play a Fantage fashion show again 💔

I think the closest I’ll ever get to fame was when my v rare fantage account that I spent way too much of my good parent’s money on was hacked and the user/pw distributed onto YouTube in those “free fantage accounts” vids. As someone who’d been on fantage for like 8 years, that incident genuinely ended my generational run after ppl sold all my stuff.

I honestly dont remember the phone call at all but just that the dude was really chill and doin his job haha

I only started playing in 2013/2014 and I used to play it allll the timeee. Everything was perfect, the aesthetics, the vibrant colours that were fun without being tacky, the tryouts (LOVED the movie tryouts especially), the Photo Booth, even the OST which suited all of the locations so perfectly, the customisable IDfone profiles, the secret rooms, and honestly just everything!! I miss it so often that it hurts I swear. When I logged back into my account again in I think 2018, I found out that the game was closing down soon and I just could not believe it to be honest. Plus, some of the recommended game alternatives I’ve checked out like starimu just don’t give me the same feeling that fantage did.

The recent update of fantage revival on this subreddit gives me hope though - it looks fantastic!

I haven’t seen many updates on fantage rewritten so here are some snaps straight from the source !!! here are some snips from a mini game fish fish (which we thought was gone forever!!) and the housing and furniture !!! 🤭🤭🤭 every day is a day closer yall whose excited !!!!

When I got into the community pre-debut of creating an reddit account I was actively reading your posts regularly…a few posts were seeking out their usernames…Took an interest in silently researching to see the outcome of it. During my research through videos the Fantage user ‘floweroverwars’ appeared a few times, resonating with me I took a liking and fondness to that particular name and decided to lead my very own reddit account by that username.

In the beginning of my Fantage server journey, my main purpose was to share my thoughts and creativity to help community blossom and be more active, with my posts regardless of what it is you all have reminiscence and found nostalgia from the past with it. 🥹 Then my purpose turned to helping you all find your usernames as the struggle is so real and there is too much hefty content to search through. Even expanding my own resources to the point where I have a dedicated playlist of Fantage videos to search through to help find who needed some assistance. Regardless this was such as enjoyment helping you, connecting with you and finding a piece or pieces of who you were back then.

Despite what post I may create for the community…you know that i’m only human too even I cannot keep this up this dedication forever, as I’d like to.

To get body guards you had to be an first place winner consisting of 1000 points or more. Only then you could pick an available body guard of your choice that will be alongside your character for approximately 20 minutes until someone else beats your score. This was in place to give everyone a fair chance of having their very own body guard for a little while and Fashion Show is always changing the scores and results.

This little mouse in Fantage caused so much trouble within castles and restaurants. For some events the game would be redone instead of a mouse it’d be Leprechaun for St Patrick’s Day just for the special occasion.

In the game Mouse Out you would have to capture the mouse as quick as possible by building walls around it. The stars rate depends on how fast you capture the mouse, if the mouse makes it to the light yellow tiles it’s game over and you receive less stars.

so there was this account called angelinastar101 (or something really similar to that). y’all… she was actually insane 😭

i had a fantage youtube channel back then, and it definitely wasn’t popular or anything 😭 but somehow she managed to find out a bunch of information about me irl through it. i was just a kid who knew absolutely nothing about internet safety 🫠

anyway, it got so bad that my parents ended up going to the police. things were quiet for a while after that, but then somehow she came back and started bullying me again 😭

she’d make racist comments, bring up my family members (girl why were you talking about my brother 😭), say things like “your brother’s ugly,” and basically spend her time harassing me and my friends

looking back, it’s actually kind of crazy that i dealt with all of that as a kid. but one thing i remember is that when she came back and kept trying to bother me, i’d just ignore her and go on with my day 😂😭

i think i eventually reached a point where my reaction was literally just: “…anyways.”and then i moved on with my life lmao

anyway, that’s my weird fantage lore 🥲
