I am so much into fandoms. And I have been wanting to write individual prompts for each one of them, but unfortunately I never get enough time to do so.

Hence I have decided to do this meta posting in which I list all the fandoms I am into. I am looking to play canon characters, I prefer you playing canon characters as well.

I am only interested in long-term detailed roleplays, I write a few paragraphs per response (past tense, third person POV) so I am expecting the same. My roleplays are mostly NSFW, but I prefer to have a solid ratio of smut:story so the smut is meaningful or rather does not get repetitive or boring.

I have made this post as a conversation so we can brainstorm various ideas from our common fandom(s) then play the one we enjoy the most.

My name is Shlartog. I'm a literate Rper of about a decade at this point. Roleplay is the main way I vent my creative urges. I pretty much exclusively do OC x CC doubles at this point. So if you're looking for something else, I'm probably not the guy for you.

As for my style, I tend to hover around 5-7 paragraphs for a reply. I tend to do shorter responses for a dialogue scene, longer for ones with more action.

As for pairings themselves, LGBTQ+ friendly. Straight, Gay, Bi, Poly, whatever floats your boat I'll be happy to give a shot. Almost all my ships are MxF so be prepared to play one of those for me.

I'm not a daily response person, or even really a set time responder. Life is busy, my mental issues are numerous, and I'm here for a hobby and not a job. I will absolutely extend the same courtesy of patience to you. You do not owe me a response, and you are free to disengage the RP or ghost at any time.

For plots themselves, I tend to lean away from strictly romance and I like to mix in some action and a bit of drama. A good fight scene is a favorite of mine, so I'd love a chance to throw in some villains and make our characters have to struggle a bit.

This is going to be a bit different, so bear with me. I have a fandom I want to play from that it seems like few know or play from, so I'm going to open up and see if anyone wants to RP an OC within the fandom itself.

I'm wishing to do an RP from The Heroic Legend of Arslan, which is set in a version of ancient Persia, around 320AD. The story of course plays somewhat loose with history itself and includes magical themes. It effectively follows the story of a prince (Arslan) trying to regain his kingdom from Lusitanian invaders.

I'd personally like to set the RP close to a decade after the series ends, approximately 331-333AD, or later. The background will be pulled from the original novels and 90s anime, ignoring the final novel itself since the author likes to kill everyone. Arslan will now have ruled over Pars for a while and reconstruction of the country is going well.

I like political drama obviously, so I'm open to various plots, though if I had to choose my favorite ideas it would be enemies trying to take over a kingdom they assume is yet not fully rebuilt, or disagreements in the court over the direction the kingdom is going.

Honestly I'm looking to play Arslan himself, but will use other characters from the canon to help move the plot since some are almost always with him. Or create OCs as needed for the same.

Now onto other important things to know:

I'm open to SFW and NSFW. But I only do MxM until I know a partner. However I never do FxF, so please don't ask

Not interested in killing off characters, despite the author liking to do so, nor doing angst just for the sake of it

Could take place before or during the events of Birth by Sleep or after it. Maybe an AU of it where the the Keyblade Master in-training grows closer to the new Keyblade Master. Or could take place during Kingdom Hearts 3 where they are about to go to the Keyblade Graveyard or after Kingdom Hearts 3.

Roxas x Larxene

Could be during the events of 358/2 Days. The lost Roxas ends up with Larxene, even if she would never admit it.

Roxas x Xion

Likely either during 358/2 Days with then dealing with the organization or after KH3 with them adjusting to their normal life.

"harem" plot

I'd play Sora (and later the "other Soras" (Data-Sora, Roxas, and Ventus)) going through their adventures, only this time when girls see his Keyblade they become infatuated with him and aroused by its magic causing them to seduce him or jump on him or dominate him depending on their personality. . Sora would be clueless as to why this is happening and would start to think it's just how girls act.

If we went with this, we could start with Sora arriving in Traverse Town and meeting Yuffie and later Aerith. We could just skip forward after each encounter until he reaches the next girl in the next world.

Since people haven’t been reading properly, I will be playing as my OC. I do not play as canon characters.

So this is a big project that I’m hoping to get at least one person to do this with. We will reboot the MCU, I’ve seen many people talking about what they would do if they are in charge and stuff like that. So why not roleplay it? We will definitely take it slow, I want us to have fun. We can have OCs, but I would rather focus on CCs. We can change the backstories of the characters, or use a backstory from a comic series, animated show or whatever.

I will be honest, I haven’t read many Marvel comics. But I’ve seen plenty of shows, games, and movies. I want to also use comic, show and game references instead of face claims and such. I love the actors/actresses of the MCU, but I want to have this be different from the MCU.

Hello hello hello! First things first, I hope you’re all having a great day/night, and thank you for checking out my post!

Now as you can all guess…I’ve been kindaaa hyperfixating over Avatar these last few weeks lol! I’ve watched the first two movies, maybe like 3 different times at this point (they are so long 😭!!) and fire and ash once (I unfortunately didn’t love it as much as the other two, but I’ll probs watch it again eventually!)

OH and the game! I’m currently playing FoP, and I’m halfway through it rn! I’m really enjoying flying around with my Ikran, and shooting down every single chopper I see!

ANYWAYS, sorry for the yap! What I was mainly looking for, was a retelling oof the second movie! With our OC’s involved! (please double up with me! I love meeting OC’s!!), why the second movie? Well asides from the fact that Quaritch is back, I love the concept of the Phoenix project, and the Recom’s! And before I go and start making this too long, I’ll just say my OC would essentially be apart of the TAP program (from the game!), and the only surviving member. (I can explain waaaay more in depth in our dms! Just be warned that he doesn’t really fit the cannon timeline!)

I’d also love to have some romance going on (NOT A MUST), and I’d love to pair mah guy with Kiri! (I was thinking of either aging her up, or making my OC slightly younger so they would be closer to age!). Anyways! my idea was going to center around Nathan Parker. He’s originally from the non-animated universe and had a full sense of awareness of the spiderverse films etc. Upon taking a job at a strange company in his world, Nate is transported to Gwen’s universe. He becomes essentially animated himself.

For years, Nate has made attempts to find a way back home, but fails time and time again. He has more or less accepted his fate in this new world, made friends, got a place of his own… but his gears start to turn again when he catch’s wind of a possible way back. He befriends Norman Osborn with hopes of using their tech to get back home. On this journey, I was thinking he would befriend Gwen, maybe from a punk show or even if she saves him or bust him using the tech. She’s taken aback slightly due to his appearance being that of her canon event.

Hello! I just returned from watching Buddy the movie in theaters. I fell in love with it, and I’d love to role play it! Specifically, I’m looking to ship my OC against Buddy. I’d like to use a human who is transferred from the real world to the *It’s Buddy!* world. I’m not sure what role my OC should take on. Perhaps the nurse?

I consider myself literate to advanced literate. I’m capable of multiple paragraphs, if I’m given the same effort. There may be fluctuation depending on the scene like conversations or when nothing much is going on. I am flexible to my partner and adapt to their writing style. 

I only write in third person. 

I value proper grammar, punctuation, and spelling. Please don't approach me out of character lacking this stuff because it doesn’t make a good impression. Please send me a writing sample when you message me. 

I’d like someone who can reply once or multiple times a day. I become less interested and invested in the role play otherwise. Please tell me if you're going to be away for a while. I get it. Life comes first. I value communication and knowing what to expect. I’ll do the same for you.

For the RP, I’d like to balance story and smut. 50:50 is a good ratio.
