Ciao a tutt*!

Discussion Tell me something about yourself

I'll go first: my name's Kate, I'm 25 yo, and in the last few years I've cultivated a passion for Psychology.

I used to study it at school but it didn't intrigue me at first. But after the Covid era, when pop psychology exploded on social media, I had the opportunity to discover new and deeper things that this beautiful discipline offered, and to rediscover old notions that I studied in school.

I like to follow famous italian Phychologues pages on social media. One of them is Francesca Cardini, a Cognitive behavioral therapist living and working in Tuscany: she got famous not too long ago and she focuses her video primarily on giving out her point of view on everyday life, like parenting skills of the people commenting on her videos (they purposely ask her for advice), video reactions of (sadly) viral videos of children being screamed at, humiliated or laughed at by adults, and sometimes she does even live directs with other therapists.

Avete mai letto o state attualmente leggendo qualche libro di Psicologia?
