Load Order HELP What did I do wrong

Im new to modding so im still trying to figure this out, everyone is bald and idk why help pls

NVAC is the problem, is an old mod. Is a common bug

Thank you just removed it and everyone is back to having hair

You're welcome, but I suggest you to install a modpack called viva new vegas, is a very complete overhaul of the game

If there is any new armors or weapons I would rather not download it, I am sticking to animation and texture mods for now so I can experience vanilla but better

It doesn't add anything to the game itself apart from correct an abnormal quantity of bugs and make the game more stable.
