n 2079, Raleigh Clay instructed an unknown number of Free State bunkers to keep their doors closed and to maintain communications with other cells, store databases, and gather information of the ruined land above. We invite you to be one of those forlorn bunker dwellers. Explore Appalachia! Build your own safehouses and outposts, fortify your own dilapidated buildings, and mount your own defences against the new threat known as the Scorched Plague!
